Graphic design





The elements of graphic design are line, shape, texture,space, size, value and color. 


Line: line is used to for making two points that connect, lines are used to organize, highlight, connect, suggest , create charts and ect. 


Shape: Everything and anything had shape. There are three types of shapes: Geometric, Natural and abstract. With Shape you can symbolize an idea, create a new format, highlight info, ect.


texture: look or feel of a surface, you an add richness and dimension, to an object or layout with texture. Texture can give emotion, mood and personality to a piece. 


Space: creates a distance or area between objects. It can separeate objects and create emphasis on a object.


Size: how large or small an object is. It can attract attention, contract two elements. and make easy to see.


Value: lightness or darkness of an area. Can create shades, shadow, suggest mood, separate, add emotion, create illusion of depth, create a patter and put emphasis on an object.


Color: creates images, gives moods, personality, appealing to the eye, can identify objects, attract the eye ect.
